Do you know an Unsung Hero?

Regular viewers of the BBC Sports Personality of the Year awards show will know that there is an Unsung Hero section, rewarding those who work behind the scenes. Could this be the year that someone working in deaf sport is honoured?
 
To mark its 10th year, the 2012 Unsung Hero will be someone who "goes the extra mile to help out in local sport".  
 
The focus this time is on volunteering, after the major part played by the 'Gamesmakers' at the London Olympics and Paralympics.
 
If you know of any one who has done unpaid and useful work at a sports club or society for the Deaf, then UKDS encourages you to nominate them.
 
How to nominate your Unsung Hero
