DESCRIPTION:This workshop is designed by Sport England and delivered by deaf tutors and experienced deaf women volunteers.\n \nIf you are a club or an organisation that relies on volunteers for sport and physical activity you need to know how to inspire, manage and support them, recognise their hard work and make sure they know how valued they are.
