British Deaf Athletics World Championships Trials

Great Britain will be sending a team to The 2nd World Deaf Athletics Championships which will be held in Toronto, Canada 14-21 July 2012.  Athletes performing well at these championships in Toronto are automatically guaranteed places at the 2013 Deaflympic Games, so it is very important that athletes participate at the GB Trials.

There is still an opportunity for any deaf athlete with a UK Passport, who meets the ICSD audiogram qualification rule and achieves the DUKA Qualitication Standard (see www.deafukathletics.org.uk) to be selected.

To be considered, all athletes need to participate in the Great Britain World Deaf Athletics Championship (WDAC) Trials which are being held in conjunction with the City of Stoke on Trent AC Open meeting on Saturday 21st April 2012. Closing date for entries is Saturday 14th April 2012 and late entries will not be accepted.
