“I have always been fascinated in how sport is represented and the way the media can get people so excited for an event. I will be working with the athletes before, during and after the Deaflympics to ensure you get to know the athletes and also celebrate their success during the games.”
Chef de Mission Christof Niklaus commented on Christopher’s appointment
“We’re excited to have Christopher on board especially with his wealth of experience for a young man. Sometimes one feels that deaf sports is not highlighted enough in the media so we know Christopher will reverse this trend and bring forward daily reports and updates directly from Samsun. Christopher now completes the DeaflympicsGB team and we are now ready for Samsun!”
