The Disability Unit at the Cabinet Office is developing a National Strategy for Disabled People. The publication of its results is planned for Spring 2021.

This survey is to help the government understand the barriers that disabled people face and what needs to be focused upon to improve the lives of disabled people, they need to know more about your experiences.

In the survey you will be asked about your life experience either as a disabled person, a carer or parent or as someone who has an interest in disability issues.

Responses from the public will be open until 23 April 2021. Responses received before 13 February 2021 will inform the development of the National Strategy, while those received after this date used to inform its delivery.

The survey should take you around 20 to 30 minutes to complete and can be saved as you progress. It’s important to give your honest experienced to reflect the needs of the Deaf/HOH people.
