Golf Trust Disability Open

The Golf Trust will be hosting their Disability Open on Monday 27th July, at the Shire – a one day event for all disabled golfers to participate. Entry is £20 and will be supported by British Airways volunteers who will caddy for you.

England Golf will be there to increase the profile of this event working with their marketing department to increase awareness of all disability golf groups, as well as promoting this to all counties and clubs engaged in projects to encourage new participants to events.

Ben Stephens, English Deaf Golf Association added: “This event proves that golf is an unique sport which can bring all disabilities together in one place. It will help to increase understanding the different types of disabilities from all angles. The English Deaf Golf Association is happy to support the Golf Trust at the inaugural UK Disabled Open which caters for all disabilities.”
