Job Description

  

These are exciting times for England Netball as we are currently ranked No.3 in the World. We have won the BT Sports Awards 2014 NGB of the Year award and are committed to ensuring we offer a First Class Participation Experience for all our growing membership. Having just adopted our Disability Participation Strategy we are looking to recruit a dynamic and committed Disability Development and Delivery Manager to drive forward its implementation and deliver the targets

 

Reporting to the Director of Development and the Compliance and Inclusion Manager you will be responsible for:

 

  • Developing a disability implementation plan to grow participation across all disability groups.
  • Establishing and growing partnership with NDSO’s, volunteer and staff networks
  • Developing and delivering a cross section of disability (inclusive and specific) resources and training opportunities for staff, clubs, counties, regions, coaches, officials and volunteers.
  • Upskilling England Netball’s delivery workforce of staff and casual workers
  • Developing a multi-platform approach to communication of participation, education and training opportunities
