Total step in to keep DeaflympicsGB mobile

DeaflympicsGB’s preparations for the forthcoming Games have been boosted by generous support from telecommunications service provider Total.

Total have kindly agreed to support the management team at the Deaflympics by supplying 20 mobile handsets, connection to and line rental with O2 and airtime credits for the duration of the Games.

DeaflympicsGB Project Leader Gordon Hay commented:

“We know from experience that it is vital for team managers and admin staff to keep in touch with each other throughout the Games and we are truly grateful for Total’s supplying of this service.

“As we receive restricted funding for Deaflympics management, this gesture has come at a great time and given us a spring in our step before we fly out to Sofia”.
