Plan a calander of events, it will make it easier for you to get organised and help you maintain focus and your time is well used.
- Advertise your activity
let everyone know what you are doing and when your activity will take place.
Get on Facebook – and other social networking is the best way to let everyone know you are fundrasing. You can keep people up to date how you are getting on and link it to a Just Giving page.
Company Intranet – perhaps your place of work has an intranet where you can tell all your colleagues about your fundraising. A lot of companies also have a matched giving scheme, so find out if you can do it for us.
Advertise in local press – make your local media aware of your fundraising. A sample press release will be available here soon.
